Booking Details

1. Book early so that you receive web access to the conference papers in good time
2. Book early to reserve accommodation - the number of rooms allocated to the Conference is limited
3. Anything extra ordered at the Conference must be paid for at the time
4. Payment may be made by the following means:

• Cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank and made payable to European Transport Conference
• Bank transfer in pounds sterling in favour of PTRC and sent to Coutts and Co., 440 Strand, London WC2R 0QS, UK BIC: COUTGB22 IBAN: GB18COUT1800024632427
• Credit card (MasterCard or VISA only). Please write the card number, card holder's name and expiry date on the booking form. The organisers now have the ability to accept credit card payments in Euro. Please complete the booking form in the currency of your choice (EUR or GBP)
